Working with Skyline Spaces
These terms cover the use of this website. Every interior project is also covered by a written project agreement, signed before any work begins. In short, this is how a project with us works:
- Free consultation at our HBR Layout studio or at your site.
- Itemised quote shared after your consultation, with no hidden charges.
- 3D renders before work begins, so you approve the design before anything is made.
- A dedicated project manager and on-site supervision through execution.
- 10-year warranty on every project.

You pay stage by stage as your project moves forward, not the full amount upfront. The exact split for your project is set out in the project agreement before work begins.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the website, its servers, or related services. You must use the website only for lawful purposes.

All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, and materials available on this website are the property of Skyline Spaces and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Skyline Spaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access or use of this website.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Skyline Spaces harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
7. Refund Policy
Every interior project is governed by its signed project agreement, which sets out the payment milestones and how refunds are handled if a project is changed, paused or cancelled.
Because payments are milestone-based, each payment relates to a stage of work. Amounts already paid for design work delivered, materials ordered or made for your home, and work completed on site are not refundable. If you have any questions about payments or refunds, please speak to us before signing the agreement.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
